How do I know if a process is worth automating?
A good rule of thumb: if someone repeats the same predictable task often enough that they can describe it as a set of steps, it is a candidate. We assess the payback before building, and we will tell you when the automation is not worth what it costs to build and maintain.
Do you use tools like Zapier or build custom automation?
Both, depending on the complexity. Simple integrations between two tools often work fine with n8n or Zapier. When the logic is complex, the data is large, or you need reliability guarantees, we build custom automation.
Can you automate processes that involve multiple systems?
Yes. Multi-system orchestration is one of the most common things we build: pulling data from one system, transforming it, and pushing it to several others.
What happens when an automated process fails?
